Construction Superintendent
Location: Honolulu, HI
Schedule: Full-time • Monday–Friday (7:00 AM–4:00 PM)

The Superintendent leads daily jobsite operations, coordinating crews, managing schedules, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across one or more projects.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day construction activities across job sites
- Coordinate foremen, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor schedules, progress, and quality of work
- Enforce safety standards and jobsite organization
- Conduct inspections, track deficiencies, and manage punch lists
- Lead weekly coordination meetings and maintain daily logs
- Communicate project updates with the project team
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Strong leadership and jobsite coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Knowledge of safety standards and construction processes
- Valid driver’s license
