Assembly & Production Labor

Overview: Booming, family oriented, and diverse company seeking new members for their manufacturing team. No experience necessary! A wonderful opportunity to gain valuable experience in a growing trade.

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

• Build packing for finished products
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications
• Maintain inventory of job materials
• Start up and shut down processing equipment
• Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance
• Clean production equipment and work areas
• Clean scrap materials for recycling or reuse, rewinding and rethreading raw material and or/removal of unused raw materials at the end of the process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Reliable transportation
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to lift 30-50lbs throughout shift as needed
• Stand and walk on concrete throughout shift, as well as climb stairs to equipment as needed
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Meet background check requirements

Hours/Shift: 6:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday (some overtime required during busy season)

Pay: $19.00 hr
