What you’ll tackle

• Arrive on-site, assess the job, and confirm the estimate with the customer
• Explain the process, set expectations, and answer questions
• Perform expert cleaning services:
  • Carpet, upholstery, and area rugs
  • Hard surfaces: hardwood, tile & grout, stone, sheet vinyl, LVT/LVP, tile countertops
  • Air duct cleaning
• Identify add-on services and suggest retail cleaning products that fit the customer’s needs
• Invoice and process payments on a handheld device
• Keep your company vehicle clean and operational

What you earn

• $21/hour base pay commission on additional sales/services
• Quarterly raises

Schedule

7:30 am–4:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with rotating Saturdays

• Outgoing and personable; basic English speaking, reading, and writing
• Available to work Saturdays on a rotating basis
• No significant allergies to pets or cleaning materials
• Clean driving record
• Preferred annual Covid & Flu Boosters
• Pass drug screening (per Washington State law)
• Pass criminal background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
