Minimum Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office and strong Computer Proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with accounting software and financial management systems. Birch Street and or M3 a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain and submit Incoming invoicing for payment
- Conduct regular audits of financial transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with management to analyze financial data and develop strategies for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, and other financial transactions while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Skills:
