The Role
The Account Coordinator is key in supporting our fashion and lifestyle clients in our New York office.
The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. They will help coordinate on all touchpoints of account work, including supporting workflows, product trafficking, reporting, media monitoring, and more to ensure success and seamless client service and delivery.
The position is ideal for recent graduates looking to work in a fast paced and exciting environment, are eager to learn, and are looking to develop their passion for storytelling. The role offers hands-on experience working closely with a collaborative and dynamic team, and the opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading and exciting brands.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring media coverage
- Maintaining media and influencer lists
- Manage organization and maintenance of showroom & office
- Conducting research
- Supporting drafting written materials
- Assisting with additional client deliverables and account needs
- Additional administrative responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Possesses an interest in culture and storytelling
- Internship experience in communications
- Excellent writing, presentation, and research skills
- Detail oriented
- Excels at problem solving and possesses the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Interested in working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote

The salary range is $40,000-$45,000 and is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Actual compensation is based on a range of factors including but not limited to skill set and level of experience.
