Overview
Exposed Design Group is looking for a qualified Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join a growing and exciting team in our Grand Prairie, Texas office. This role will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office and will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering a professional and welcoming experience while assisting with correspondence, reporting, and other general office tasks that support daily business activities.

Responsibilities
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established timelines, maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- Collaborate directly with the Accounting & Office Manager to support administrative and accounting functions within the department.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal staff, external clients, and other business partners.
- Answer and appropriately direct incoming phone calls; greet visitors and ensure a professional and welcoming front office presence.
- Assist with accounting-related duties as assigned, including data entry, document organization, and recordkeeping.
- Perform photocopying, scanning, and filing duties to maintain accurate and organized documentation.
- Prepare, revise, and format documents such as correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all interactions with discretion and professionalism.
- Support overall office operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and a positive working environment.
Qualifications & skills
Experience: 2 years of practical experience as an Administrative Assistant is preferred.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software or systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with internal staff, clients, and vendors.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor, tact, and discretion; ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to anticipate needs, identify solutions, and follow through on assignments independently.
- Flexible and able to handle changing priorities and occasional interruptions while maintaining productivity.
