Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendar management using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent customer service standards
- Support office management tasks including record keeping, correspondence, and administrative support for staff
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and maintaining organized files
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles; previous receptionist experience preferred
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are advantageous
