This is a true outside sales role focused on territory growth, referral relationship management, and business development within the medical and personal injury community.
Compensation
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Account Executive will be responsible for developing and managing referral relationships throughout the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and thrives in a field-based sales environment.

- Base Salary: $70,000 Commission & Bonus Opportunities

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Account Executive will be responsible for developing and managing referral relationships throughout the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and thrives in a field-based sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong referral source relationships
- Generate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Conduct in-person meetings and territory visits daily
- Serve as the primary contact for client relationship management
- Partner with internal teams to support client satisfaction and service excellence
- Track account activity, territory growth, and sales performance metrics
- Assist with client concerns and account escalations as needed
- Outside sales, healthcare sales, business development, or account management experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage a sales territory independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation required
