Certification & compliance support – Knowledge of federal and state certification expectations and skill in aligning requirements and testing artifacts to compliance needs. Change, risk, and issue management – Proficiency in tracking and managing requirement changes, defects, risks, and issues while clearly communicating downstream impacts. Planning, estimation & process improvement – Ability to support project planning and estimation while identifying opportunities to improve business processes and system workflows.
