Job Title: .NET Developer
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Seeking two experienced .NET Developers to support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise web applications. This role is onsite for the first month, followed by a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite per week).
This is a 4 month contract to hire position. Candidates must be eligible for full time employment conversion. The State cannot sponsor visas.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using .NET 8.0 , C#, MVC, and JavaScript
- Develop clean, efficient, and well documented code following best practices
- Collaborate with developers, QA testers, and business stakeholders using Azure DevOps and Git
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
- Provide technical support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in code reviews and ensure performance, security, and reliability standards are met
- 7 years of professional development experience, specifically with .NET 8.0 or higher
- Strong proficiency in:
- C#
- ASP.NET MVC
- JavaScript
- HTML / CSS
- SQL
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
(or equivalent professional experience) - Excellent communication, analysis, and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening (HireRight required)
- Experience with .NET Core
- Experience working with Blazor
- Hands on experience with Azure DevOps and Git
- Local candidates only Candidates must be located in the Phoenix, AZ area at the time of submission
- Resume must clearly list current location

- Must be able to start within two weeks of offer acceptance
