Property Maintenance Worker
Monday-Friday 8am-430 PM
FT/Onsite
Pay Rate $22-$24 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances.
- Handle general repairs, including drywall, painting, carpentry, and flooring work.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Proficiency in basic maintenance tasks and use of hand and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor tasks
