About the Role
As System Analyst, experienced in Financial Institution (FI) integrations, you will act as the primary liaison between external lending/payment partners and internal technical teams. You’ll translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions, oversee integration projects from planning to deployment, and ensure solutions align with both partner expectations and internal product standards. The position combines system/solution analysis with project delivery, giving you exposure to APIs, authentication, and system design while ensuring successful integration of payment and financing solutions across multiple channels. Beyond delivery, you’ll also help establish integration standards, documentation, and best practices that strengthen future implementations.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development, solutions, and product teams to define and execute integration strategies.
- Manage projects end-to-end: requirements gathering, solution design, testing, roll-out, and ongoing support.
- Understand the company products’ architecture and design to support successful integrations.
- Act as the bridge between both internal and external stakeholders and technical teams, maintaining clear and proactive communication.
- Set standards and processes for best practices in partner integrations.
- Monitor live integrations, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements for scalability and reliability.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing by documenting integration patterns and enabling cross-team alignment.
Requirements
- 3 years o experience as a system analyst/ implementation/ integration specialist, technical business analyst, or similar roles.
- 2 Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services in system analyst/ similar roles
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical, and non-technical audiences (such as API’s, JSON, Authentication protocols)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, consultative approach.
- Experience with distributed or international teams a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range (NYC compliance): $100,000–$140,000 base salary.
- Performance-based incentives and bonus eligibility.
