This is a field-focused, consultative sales role requiring both technical acumen and strong relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate understands production environments, can engage confidently with engineers and press operators, and excels at translating advanced technology into clear business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow new business.
- Lead long-cycle, consultative sales processes with technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.
- Understand customer workflows to identify challenges and tailor solutions.
- Collaborate with applications, service, and internal technical teams.
- Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and reports through CRM and basic data tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and open houses.
- Travel extensively throughout the Midwest region (up to 80%).
- Report directly to the VP Sales – North America.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ sales or business development experience in the industrial or large-format printing sector.
- Proven track record in capital equipment sales, ideally within printing, packaging, or embellishment technologies.
- A true hunter mindset – proactive, goal-oriented, and resilient.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to engage production managers, engineers, and operators.
- Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the territory (MN, ND, SD, IL, KS, WI, MO).
- Skilled with CRM systems, Excel, and data analysis (forecasting, pipeline tracking, ROI).
