Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain digital press equipment to ensure high-quality output
• Monitor print jobs for accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Preferred Qualifications (not required):
• Experience with RICOH and/or HEIDELBERG digital press equipment
• Familiarity with HEIDELBERG digital front end (Prinect)
• Previous experience in a print production or manufacturing environment
