What's the Job?
- Design, deploy, and configure ZScaler solutions including ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX across enterprise environments.
- Configure policies such as URL filtering, SSL inspection, access control, and threat protection.
- Implement ZScaler Client Connector deployment and user onboarding processes.
- Integrate ZScaler with identity providers like Azure AD, Okta, and SAML/SCIM.
- Monitor traffic, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize configurations for performance and security.
- Hands-on experience with ZScaler Internet Access (ZIA), ZScaler Private Access (ZPA), and ZScaler Client Connector.
- Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, NAT, VPN concepts.
- Experience with SSL inspection, URL filtering, cloud firewall policies, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).
- Experience integrating with identity providers such as Azure AD and Okta, and SIEM tools like Splunk or Sentinel.
- Preferred certifications in ZScaler (ZTCA, ZTNA, ZIA Admin) and scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
