What's the Job?
- Partner with designers and researchers to rapidly prototype AI-driven and agentic UX flows using tools like Figma, Lovable, and Copilot Studio.
- Build and iterate interactive prototypes suitable for research, demonstrations, and engineering handoff.
- Develop reusable internal UX tools such as Figma plugins and lightweight UX automation scripts or agents.
- Contribute to a shared internal Agentic UX Platform by documenting patterns, prototypes, and workflows.
- Document implementations and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure reuse across the studio.
- Extensive experience in data-driven software design and development.
- Proficiency in building functional design prototypes and internal AI-powered tools.
- Experience with AI-assisted workflows and APIs, preferably Azure OpenAI.
- Strong collaboration skills with designers and researchers in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Work at the intersection of UX, AI, and intelligent agents, shaping innovative internal tools.
