- Lead a small team (2-3) of UX designers and researchers, managing work intake and communicating timelines.
- Design innovative solutions that enhance user productivity and simplify complex tasks.
- Incorporate research findings into design processes and communicate designs through sketches and prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and user-centric solutions.
- Educate and advocate for proper design principles and processes within the organization.
- Proven experience leading UX design projects from concept to completion.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior designers in a collaborative environment.
- Experience working closely with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and eagerness to learn.
