What's the Job?
- Apply basic knowledge of job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete various assignments and tasks.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding and clarifying customer needs.
- Handle customer relation issues promptly and escalate as necessary following established procedures.
- Provide software service, post-sales, or service delivery support for local accounts on standard systems.
- Respond to service, product, technical, and customer relation inquiries efficiently and professionally.
What's Needed?
- Minimum Vocational/Diploma/Associate Degree (technical field) or Degree holder with less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Thorough knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
- Basic project management, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers, peers, and support partners.
- Capability to perform effectively under high-pressure situations.
