What's the Job?
- Provide operational support for payroll tax and garnishment administration activities.
- Manage receipt, sorting, processing, scanning, and forwarding of payroll-related mail.
- Accurately execute garnishment and tax setup and maintenance activities following established procedures.
- Enter and update garnishments in the SAP payroll system, ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist with vendor or agency setup requests and support payroll tax tasks as needed.
- Experience handling high volume, time-sensitive mail or document processing.
- Working knowledge of wage garnishment concepts and terminology.
- Experience with SAP Payroll or similar payroll systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
