What's the Job?
- Manage and coordinate multiple game development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align project goals and workflows.
- Define project scope, develop schedules, and identify risks to build predictability across initiatives.
- Communicate project status, issues, and solutions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Contribute to process improvements and implement tools that enhance team productivity.
- Minimum of four years of experience as a producer in the gaming industry.
- Experience working with Unreal Engine and shipping at least four game titles on PC or Console.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
