- Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to streamline staffing processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate interview schedules, liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams to facilitate smooth interview logistics.
- Arrange travel accommodations for candidates when necessary and process reimbursement requests promptly.
- Manage candidate onboarding activities, including completing applications, new hire paperwork, and I-9 documentation accurately and on time.
- Monitor and track background checks, drug tests, and physicals, ensuring all pre-employment requirements are met efficiently.
- High School Diploma or GED; an Associate's degree in a related area is preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming environment for candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in recruiting technologies (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Engage in meaningful work supporting talent acquisition efforts in a fast-paced environment.
