What's the Job?
- Create dashboards to observe, monitor, and set up alert systems across multiple platforms and tools.
- Provide oversight for production operations to maximize reliability and automation.
- Design, develop, and evolve SRE procedures, tooling, and scalable solutions to enhance service quality.
- Implement full-stack observability, monitoring, and event management integrations.
- Build and manage CI/CD frameworks, release management, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of creating dashboards and alert systems using tools like Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, and Thousand Eyes.
- Experience in developing and rolling out CI/CD pipelines, release management, and IaC using Terraform, Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a focus on infrastructure automation.
- Good developer background with the ability to relate application layers to infrastructure platforms.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, scripting languages, or frameworks as needed.
