Job Title: ServiceNow GRC Analyst

What's the Job?
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain GRC data within ServiceNow, including controls, risks, policies, and related records
- Analyze GRC data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or anomalies and escalate findings appropriately
- Conduct quality assurance checks on GRC records to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
- Support review cycles and approval workflows within ServiceNow, ensuring records meet quality thresholds
- Collaborate with control testers and the implementation team to ensure data integrity and successful migration activities
- 2 years of experience with GRC platform administration or implementations, preferably ServiceNow GRC/IRM
- Proven experience with data entry, validation, and quality control activities in a compliance or risk management environment
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and low tolerance for data inaccuracies
- Familiarity with GRC concepts such as controls, risks, policies, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, NIST, ISO 27001)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reconciliation
