- Integrate, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support business needs
- Design, develop, and deploy applications on the ServiceNow platform, including modifications of applications, forms, workflows, and interfaces
- Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user and group management, configuration, customization, and scripting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions
- Configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB/Discovery, Event Management, and Portal Integrations based on best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow modules including AD Catalog Integrations, UI Policies, Portal Integrations, CMDB/Discovery, LDAP/Access Setups, Demand/Agile, Service Catalog/Portal, and Event Management
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform administration
- Proficiency in scripting and system integration tasks with third-party tools
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently
