What's the Job?
- Drive sprint and release plans in collaboration with the Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, and Feature Lead.
- Act as the main point of contact for business stakeholders and product/technology partners.
- Create a clear product vision and gain buy-in from business and technology partners.
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed about risks, issues, and priorities.
- Experience working in Agile methodology, preferably in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role.
- Ability to create EPICs, user stories, wireframes, and mockups to convey ideas.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for understanding financial business workflows.
- Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with Agile tools, particularly JIRA.
