What's the Job?
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of municipal projects including subdivision reviews, roadway rehabilitation, stormwater management, and capital improvement programs.
- Serve as Municipal Engineer and/or Board Engineer, attending meetings and overseeing site plan reviews and land-use applications.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans with minimal supervision to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with municipal clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
- Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, especially in municipal infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in project management, client relations, and team leadership.
- Deep knowledge of roadway design, stormwater systems, hydraulics, hydrology, utilities, and land development processes.
