What's the Job?
- Support large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives across multiple business units within the organization.
- Operate independently to provide insights, leadership, and recommendations for risk management and control functions.
- Research and analyze moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives, applying strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of organizational strategy and business execution disciplines.
- Leverage data and reporting tools to generate insights and develop data-driven narratives that inform stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Facilitate decision-making processes, resolve issues, and ensure timely implementation of actionable solutions and plans.
- 4 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau, and Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, data dashboards, and automation).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills to turn complex information into clear stories for leadership and collaborate effectively with business partners.
- Experience in banking or finance is highly desirable.
