What's the Job?
- Troubleshoot hardware, test components, and perform repairs using testing rigs and diagnostic tools
- Record test results in a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Receive, track, and maintain inventory; check out parts as needed
- Load/unload shipments and transport parts between locations
- Diagnose hardware and basic network issues; perform physical repairs
- US Citizenship requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP)
- 1 years of experience with server/computer hardware components
- Ability to perform hardware replacements and repairs
- Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-profile environment supporting global cloud and eCommerce operations
- Hands-on experience with data center hardware and troubleshooting
