Job Title: Quality Technician

Pay Range: $17-$20/hr

What's the Job?
- Perform verification of in-process and start-up testing completion for each production order.
- Investigate and communicate any deficiencies to relevant teams and follow up with appropriate actions.
- Generate Non-Conformances when testing requirements are not met.
- Collaborate with the Quality Engineering group to ensure proper bracketing of materials.
- Support other miscellaneous duties, including training, as assigned by department leadership.
- Ability to read and understand procedures, product, and packaging standards.
- Experience with quality testing and documentation practices.
- Strong judgment skills to ensure testing accuracy and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with IT systems and electronic devices such as tablets, laptops, and test equipment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am), including overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
