What's the Job?
- Prepare materials and organize setups for product testing
- Assist in laboratory experiments through testing and evaluation of new materials and products based on research
- Perform mechanical performance tests for research, development, or quality control purposes
- Conduct visual observations and testing on competitor product samples and communicate results to appropriate stakeholders
- Perform hands-on testing using multiple pieces of laboratory equipment
- Ability to perform physical and mechanical analyses and tests
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, active environment
- Good communication skills for reporting test results
- Physical ability to move, arrange, sort, and hang product testing weights (2 lbs-20 lbs)
