Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud
- Develop and optimize Data Cloud integrations, including:
- Data ingestion
- Data transformation
- Identity resolution
- Segmentation
- Contribute to Data Cloud implementation projects and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Review, analyze, and enhance existing code to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and Data Cloud environments
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce innovations, including emerging tools like Agentforce (preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of overall IT experience

- Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementations or POCs
- Solid understanding of:
- Data modeling and architecture

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Conceptual or hands-on familiarity with Agentforce
