Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects supporting quality and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Monitor and assess regulatory requirements and manage change control activities
- Drive updates to quality policies, procedures, and systems
- Define project scope, develop project plans, and manage timelines
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and resource constraints
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams in alignment with PMO governance standards
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5–7 years of experience in a regulated food or nutrition manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, food GxP, and regulatory requirements
- 3–5 years of project leadership experience
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with global or cross-functional teams
- Master’s degree
- PMP certification
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
