What's the Job?
- Develop, implement, and document comprehensive testing activities for data center projects
- Execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure system modifications are ready for deployment
- Identify, analyze, and document software defects using bug tracking systems
- Monitor defect resolution efforts and track testing progress to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain detailed records of test results and defect reports to support continuous improvement
- Associate's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field
- 8-10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Proficiency in testing software, including writing test documentation such as test plans, scripts, and reports
- Experience working on data center projects, particularly within Microsoft data centers like Cheyenne
- Strong organizational skills, self-starting attitude, and ability to analyze test results effectively
