What's the Job?
- Perform device repairs, upgrades, retrofits, and preventive maintenance on medical VAC equipment for internal and external customers.
- Execute quality control procedures to ensure all repaired VAC devices meet company standards before returning to customers.
- Provide technical support over the phone to customers, sales teams, and third-party maintenance providers.
- Assist in research, development, testing, and inspection of new products to ensure quality and reliability.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, monitor tools and equipment, and adhere to safety regulations at all times.
- At least 1 year of experience in electrical assembly, troubleshooting, soldering, or related repair environment.
- Knowledge of electrical schematic diagrams, BOMs, and test procedures.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to pass a fitness test to meet physical demands of the role.
