What’s the Job?
- Lead and coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and projects
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases
- Facilitate bug lifecycle management and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with automation specialists to support automated testing
- Provide quality metrics and reporting to stakeholders
- 3–5 years of experience leading software testing projects
- Strong QA expertise and understanding of best practices
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Proficiency in reporting and metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Opportunity to work on high-impact Business Transformation initiatives
- Exposure to a wide range of technologies including SAP, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow
