Job Title: Procurement Operations Analyst

What's the Job?
- Support supplier onboarding and supplier data activities as part of the GEP procurement implementation.
- Assist the process lead in identifying process gaps, improvement opportunities, and process stabilization efforts.
- Track process issues, risks, action items, and follow-up activities to ensure timely resolution.
- Create and maintain process documentation, job aids, training materials, and supporting documentation.
- Support report reviews, testing activities, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain issue logs and action trackers to support continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with vendor master teams and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve open items.
- Perform supplier data analysis, data validation, and data cleanup activities to improve data quality.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in business support, procurement operations, supplier onboarding, data management, project coordination, shared services, or a related field.
- Experience supporting system implementations, go-live activities, or stabilization efforts is preferred.
- Experience creating process documentation, training materials, or standard operating procedures.
- Experience with supplier data management, data quality, or data cleanup activities.
- Familiarity with GEP or other Procurement/ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a global, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and common collaboration tools.
