Co-op Job Description
The Co-op will support reporting and analytics initiatives by querying and analyzing data, developing dashboards for operational teams, and collaborating with stakeholders on reporting projects and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and validating operational reports and dashboards
- Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
- Support data quality reviews and reporting validation efforts
- Document reporting processes, business requirements, and metric definitions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide analytical insights
- Participate in process improvement and reporting automation initiatives
- Meet with stakeholders to discuss reporting projects, requirements, and outcomes
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases, including the ability to query, extract, and validate data
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, filtering, and lookup functions
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
