Job Title: Application Programmer III
Location: Jersey City, NJ
What's the Job?
- Develop, enhance, modify, and maintain applications within the Financial Crimes technology domain.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document programs, supporting activities for application maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with business partners to define system requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, including story refinement, requirement definition, and proof of concept execution.
- Set up and automate continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment processes.
- Extensive experience (10 years) in software development, particularly in financial services or related fields.
- Proficiency with MongoDB, J2EE frameworks (MVC, Spring), REST API, Hibernate, Angular, SQL scripting, UNIX Shell scripting, Autosys, and Data analysis.
- Strong data sourcing, modeling, and provisioning skills supporting large-scale AML monitoring and surveillance data assets.
- Experience with application performance tuning, database migrations, and data conversions.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, CICD tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible), and effective communication skills.
