- Support configuration, development, and enhancement of Pega-based workflow applications.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions using App Studio and Dev Studio.
- Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
- Assist in testing cycles, solution build-out, and workflow refinement to ensure business readiness.
- Support ongoing platform execution, process automation, and enterprise workflow modernization efforts.
- Hands-on experience with Pega configuration and development, including App Studio and Dev Studio.
- Proficiency in designing and configuring Pega case types, workflows, data models, and UI components.
- Ability to interpret business requirements into effective Pega solutions.
