Job Title: Mission Control Shift Supervisor
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Shift: Wednesday–Saturday 12pm - 10:30pm
Pay Range: $36.00
What's the Job?
- Supervise and support a team of Mission Controllers to achieve daily operational and long-term performance goals.
- Lead day-to-day fleet operations while promoting a safety-first, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
- Coordinate team schedules, complete administrative tasks, and validate staffing needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Mission Control software and support remote operations activities.
- Coach team members and contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service execution.
- 2 years of autonomous vehicle operator and/or remote operations experience.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and operational problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful approach with a focus on improving operational efficiency.
- Experience leading teams in a cross-functional operations environment (preferred: instructor, lead, or supervisory experience).
