- Analyze and investigate product complaints and returned products, including some biohazard materials used in surgical procedures.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of product experience files in the complaint database.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information regarding product experiences.
- Assess reports to determine if medical device reports need to be filed with global regulatory agencies such as the FDA and European authorities.
- Support regulatory inspections and assist the Legal Department with product complaint documentation.
- Four-year degree in science-related fields such as biology, chemistry, or life sciences.
- Experience in complaint handling and product investigation is preferred.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
- Ability to work onsite in Little Canada, MN, with a commitment to safety and compliance standards.
