What's the Job?
- Support the manual conversion of commercial loans from AFS to Loan IQ systems.
- Work closely with the team to ensure accurate and efficient batch loan conversions.
- Utilize deep system knowledge to perform conversions with minimal ramp-up time.
- Collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of conversion processes and progress.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in loan systems and commercial lending.
- Strong hands-on experience with both AFS and Loan IQ systems (must-have).
- Deep understanding of commercial lending processes, especially loan closing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a manual conversion environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
