What's the Job?
- Drive end-to-end Lab Readiness efforts in support of custom NPI programs and HACK initiatives.
- Manage lab buildout schedules, equipment installation, and infrastructure readiness to support NPI development and testing.
- Partner with engineering, facilities, safety, and operations teams to ensure lab environments are compliant, functional, and aligned with program needs.
- Track readiness metrics, dependencies, and blockers; provide timely updates to NPI PMs and leadership.
- Coordinate allocation of lab resources, including tools, benches, network setups, and environmental controls.
What's Needed?
- 5 years of program or project management experience in a hardware, lab, or engineering operations environment.
- Proven experience managing facility buildouts, lab readiness, or NPI infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of NPI development lifecycles, engineering workflows, and lab operations.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.
