- Lead and facilitate requirements elicitation sessions among business and technical users.
- Document customer business requirements through formal Business Analysis processes.
- Analyze and review existing computer system capabilities and workflow to determine feasibility of requested changes.
- Coordinate projects from development through implementation, working with IT teams, clients, and vendors.
- Support operations systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance of existing applications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in business or systems analysis within the IT development field.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of SQL and experience with database management systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and tasks effectively.
