Key Responsibilities
Healthcare Financial Operations Leadership:
- Manage and streamline financial functions specific to healthcare, including patient billing, coding accuracy, collections, and revenue cycle management.
- Oversee accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting with a focus on healthcare-specific compliance and best practices.
- Support and improve revenue cycle processes, including reimbursement strategies and contract negotiations, to maximize revenue efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial data collection, analysis, and reporting tailored to healthcare metrics and regulatory requirements.

- Deep familiarity with healthcare payer policies, reimbursement frameworks, and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, CMS guidelines).
- Proficiency with healthcare-specific financial systems and ERP platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret healthcare financial data and communicate insights clearly.
