Responsibilities
- Take patching logic from MECM and build Ansible automation workflows, orchestrate full patch lifecycle
- Integrate automation with ServiceNow (tickets, change requests)
- Handle Patch execution triggers & failure handling (ticketing, alerts)
- Ensure repeatable and scalable workflows
