What's the Job?
- Support in functional areas of the human resources department, including recruitment and employment processes
- Oversee and manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Vendor Management System (VMS) activities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams across regions to facilitate recruitment and workforce planning
- Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best talent for the organization
- Prepare and distribute reports related to requisitions, recruiting, and hiring activities to support strategic decision-making
- Associate's degree or equivalent with 2 years of experience in human resources or related field
- Effective communication skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with ATS and VMS platforms, including report generation and user training
- Willingness to travel in personal vehicle as needed for work-related activities
