What's the Job?
- Provide administrative support by documenting employee data changes, performance reports, and communications
- Answer inbound calls related to payroll inquiries, LOA, and other employee questions
- Partner with Payroll team to resolve payroll and timekeeping questions using ServiceNow case management software
- Support day-to-day HR functions including employee verifications, tuition reimbursement processing, and policy questions
- Utilize case management and call management software to ensure accurate and timely responses
- Bachelor's Degree/ A.A Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment
- Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Spanish language skills highly preferred
