- Providing on-site technical service for commercial and industrial digital printing presses.
- Diagnosing and repairing HP Indigo presses to ensure optimal performance and maximum uptime.
- Using electromechanical expertise to resolve complex technical issues.
- Participating in customer training and coaching to accelerate customer proficiency.
- Utilizing artificial intelligence tools and remote diagnostics to anticipate and quickly resolve issues.
- Proven experience in technical service for printing presses or color copiers.
