What's the Job?
- Lead and enhance Wells Fargo’s Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) program through the design and execution of enterprise-wide and targeted risk assessments (TRAs).
- Drive strategic alignment of TRA methodology with the Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA), ensuring scalability, flexibility, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the development of risk assessment inputs, validation processes, evidence repositories, scoring, heat maps, and reporting templates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality, timely reports that support enterprise strategic objectives and regulatory compliance.
- Support knowledge transfer activities and transition responsibilities to the permanent team, ensuring sustainability of risk assessment processes.
- 7 years of experience in Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Fraud, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, or Corruption roles, demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
- Deep understanding of AML, Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption risk assessments and controls.
- Experience in Financial Crimes Risk Management, including regulatory expectations and controls for new products and business initiatives.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders and support organizational change initiatives.
